‘Mystical Legends – Girona, A City Of Secrets’
Based on a book called ‘City Of Secrets’ by Patrice Chaplin, Carrie Kirkparick retraces Patrice’s steps as she uncovers the mystical secrets of this medieval city in Catalonia, Northern Spain. She discovers the birthplace of the Cabbala; a secret society that conducted Holy Grail rituals and links to Rennes Le Chateau, the inspiration behind the Da Vinci Code.
‘Girona, A City Of Secrets’ was recently at the centre of a controversy as it was unexpectedly banned by a fringe sky channel called Controversial TV. The irony was not lost on the esoteric community who revelled in the mystery. A huge viral campaign followed including a competition for the Best Conspiracy Theory as to why it had been banned. To date the mystery remains unsolved. What secrets are revealed in this film that ‘The people at the top’ would prefer to remain hidden?
Divine Productions recently showed the controversial ‘Mystical Legends – Girona, A City Of Secrets’ to a packed house at Secret Chiefs, London on 25th November 2009.
The film was recently banned by Controversial TV and caused quite a stir in the esoteric community as viewers scrutinised the documentary for clues as to why it had been banned. A competition was launched to find the Best Conspiracy Theory and the winners were announced at the screening.
